The directory and its limits
123chats helps people discover third-party chat communities. Listings are informational and do not establish an affiliation with the provider. Communities, their availability, live content, rules, and privacy practices are controlled by their operators. We cannot guarantee availability, safety, membership, or suitability.
Using the site responsibly
You must comply with applicable laws, respect other people's rights, and follow the rules of each community you visit. You may not misuse submission forms, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malware, or interfere with the directory. Adult listings are restricted to adults who are legally eligible to access them in their location.
Submitting a room or script
Submit accurate information and original descriptions. You must have permission to use any integration code or content you provide. By submitting, you authorize us to store, review, and, if approved, publish the listing and serve the integration in an isolated frame. All submissions and changes require moderation. We may decline or remove content that violates our standards or presents a risk.
Do not submit credentials, private user data, or code that collects data deceptively. Sandbox restrictions are intentional; we will not grant a script first-party access just to make it work. Approval of a replacement integration does not establish ownership of the original community.
Advertising and billing
Campaigns require creative approval before payment. Published prices are in USD for a single 30-day placement term, starting when Stripe confirms successful payment. Payment is one-time and does not automatically renew. Checkout and receipts are provided through Stripe; a checkout return alone is not proof of payment.
Placements can be shared with other approved campaigns. There are no guaranteed impressions, clicks, members, or sales. Ads are labeled and links are sponsored. Adult creative is restricted to adult-only placements and is never eligible for Google advertising. General placements must be suitable for a general audience.
For billing issues, cancellations, requested refunds, or content concerns, contact [email protected] with your campaign reference. Refunds are reviewed and processed manually; no automatic refund is promised. Applicable statutory consumer rights are not limited by these terms. A campaign may be withdrawn for policy violations.
Prohibited content
Illegal activity, child exploitation, non-consensual sexual content, scams, malware, credible threats, hateful abuse, and infringements of others' rights are prohibited. See our safety and reporting policy for reporting instructions.
Changes and contact
We may change directory features and update these terms. Material changes will be reflected on this page. Contact the operator at the email above with questions or removal requests. These terms do not exclude rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
